Heartbroken

Today I am rather heartbroken. The first quilt I made was a sampler that I gave to my parents before I really know about quilting so it is tied. Yesterday my mom put it in the washer and it came out fine, however she then stuck it in the dryer on high and when it emerged every last seam was frayed and gone. It is one giant rag now, I can't even bring myself to post pictures of it and my poor mother feels terribly guilty. On the up swing however, finally got a quilt in the shop.
